Every so often we just feel the need to "dish" on the fabulous things we see and just love! To keep in the spirit of things, I've written our version of the "Favorite Things" song from the Sound of Music!
Hum along and enjoy...
Sanding and swatches and paints of all colors,
Dressers and tables for under five dollars,
Going to yard sales in summer and spring,
These are a few of our favorite things!
Sewing up pillows and painting a chair,
Finding free nightstands that come in a pair,
Distressing a piece with some nicks and some dings,
These are a few of our favorite things!
When the paint spills and the seams rip and we’re feeling sad….
We simply remember our favorite things and then we don’t feel……so bad!
